In the event that any products delivered to you are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to discuss replacement or refund. We may request the return of the CD to help find the fault. Postage will be provided by us only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part, and we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged on return transit. Items must be returned as new and in the original condition that you received them from us.

We ship physical products to the UK only, via Royal Mail 1st Class post. £2 per order. We only ship to the UK.
